Writeup

At the UPLB Data Science Guild, members do not just keep up with data science; they explore, innovate, and master it together. On February 28, 2025, the guild held the second part of its internal workshop, ByteCamp: Data Science and Machine Learning, at the UPLB Graduate School.

With Aljon Gerard De Leon sharing his expertise, members worked through an overview of Python as a data science tool with Jupyter notebooks, an introduction to Python and pandas, regression with scikit-learn, classification with logistic regression and decision trees, and clustering with k-means.
